SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES:

NASENI Ventures Ltd. was incorporated in 1998 with certificate of Registration No. RC335606 as a commercial wing of National Agency for Science and Engineering infrastructure, NASENI. The Company limited by shares was incorporated to primarily market the products and services of NASENI.

NASENI Ventures Ltd. markets the products and services of NASENI. These products and services, which derive from the operation of the mandate of NASENI and its Centres include:

(i) Science Equipment for Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Institutions.

(ii) First Class School, Office and Domestic furniture - demonstration of capability in wood processing technology.

(iii) Development and Production of oil-fired rotary furnace for iron foundries; construction of captive kilns, materials engineering, etc.

(iv) Maintenance and Refurbishing of Science equipment for Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Institutions.

(v) Maintenance and Refurbishing of Medical/Hospital Equipment; etc.
